Your tasks:
First point of contact for our customers for service requests
Technical support for troubleshooting via phone, email, remote connection for our customers,
as well as our service technicians on site
Technical clarification of spare parts and upgrade requests
Support in processing complaints (internal and external)
Responsibility for support requests incl. documentation
Close cooperation with sales, technology and production
Your profile:
successfully completed technical training or studies (electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics)
Customer-oriented way of thinking and acting
Personal responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Sound knowledge of switch cabinet construction desirable
Driving licence class B or C1
Very good knowledge of written and spoken German
