Your tasks:
 (Partial) project management of complex outsourcing projects
 Second-level support for our customers’ cloud services
 Evaluation and implementation of new technologies
 Conceptual design and realization of cloud architectures
 Creation of technical and process documentation
Your profile:
 Completed training as an IT specialist (f/m/d) or comparable professional training
 Several years of professional experience in the implementation and operation of various Microsoft cloud
technologies
 Implementation experience with migration projects to Microsoft 365 / Azure
good knowledge of:
 the common Microsoft client operating systems (Windows 10 / 11) and Microsoft server operating systems
(Windows Server 2012 R2)
 hybrid management of Exchange and Azure Active Directory
 at least one other Microsoft product (Exchange Server, SQL Server, Remote Desktop Services, ADFS, Microsoft
Teams)
 management of Microsoft 365 customers and Azure Active Directory
 also useful: experience with
 ADFS, Remote Desktop Services, SQL Server
 Phyton / or other scripting languages
 current Microsoft certifications, e.g. AZ-104, MS-700
 high customer and service orientation as well as strong analytical thinking skills
 Ability to work in a team and independently
