We place significant importance on the smooth operation of our processes and are currently seeking an IT support professional to join our six-person team at Bochum City Hall. You’ll be part of a dynamic team with an informal “Duz” culture. If you’re located outside of Europe, whether in Iran, Turkey, China, or India, you’re also encouraged to join us. We will assist you with your visa process, work permit, and residence permit.
Your Tasks:
– Provide support in IT projects and IT rollouts.
– Offer technical support and supervision to all users in the hardware domain.
– Independently troubleshoot issues.
– Handle the installation, configuration, repair, and administration of PC hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
– Document processes, propose solutions, and respond to requests.
Your Profile:
– Completed information technology training or an equivalent qualification.
– Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, common Microsoft Office products, and experience with ticket systems.
– Desired Knowledge: Proficient with current Microsoft Windows operating systems, M365, SCCM, Matrix42, and PowerShell.
– Methodical and independent work style with strong analytical thinking.
– Reliability, ability to work under pressure, and a team-oriented approach.
– Proficiency in the German language.
