Construction Engineer (m/f/d) for the Contractor of Düsseldorf City Hall
Tasks:

As a specialist, your responsibilities will involve:
– Crafting logistics concepts, including logistics phase plans and logistics manuals, and planning and organizing logistics and construction site equipment.
– Conducting investigations and optimizations within logistics phases, along with budget calculations and quantity estimates.
– Optimizing construction processes related to logistics, integrating LEAN Construction principles.
– Assisting in construction site tasks for the implementation of construction process management, including tendering, awarding, and executing logistics services.
– Supporting the construction management team in contract negotiations and awarding of logistics services.
– Self-responsible planning and execution of 5S workshops on construction sites to establish holistic construction processes along the value chain.
– Serving as a competent contact during contract design and supplement management.
– Participating in internal trainings, audits, and workshops for continuous competence enhancement and maintaining close communication with supervisors and colleagues.
Qualifications:
– Completed studies in civil engineering/architecture or a comparable degree.
– Several years of professional experience as a site manager/construction supervisor, project manager/project manager, or in a similar role.
– Knowledge and experience in construction site logistics is advantageous.
– Willingness to travel within NRW (North Rhine-Westphalia).
– Strong communication skills, confidence, and quick comprehension round off your profile.
