We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer (m/f/d) – BIM Manager to join our team in a permanent position at our Munich location.
Your Tasks:
– Expand and implement the group BIM standard.
– Coordinate and advise departments specializing in rail, road, bridge, and tunnel on specific BIM topics.
– Participate in and oversee all BIM applications in bidding and execution projects.
– Design and develop BIM execution plans and BIM quality assurance concepts.
– Establish and specify data exchange for BIM applications.
– Verify the agreed-upon BIM data transfers for the required data technical quality.
– Establish, administer, and document data management in the Common Data Environment (CDE).
– Advance our departments in 3D, 4D, and 5D modeling.
Your Profile:
– Completed studies in civil engineering or a related field.
– Ideally, possess specialized knowledge in structural engineering.
– Proficient in handling BIM applications and coordination software, along with data exchange and linking.
– Specialized IT knowledge (REVIT, IFC standard, Desite, MS Project, TILOS, iTWO, SharePoint, MS Office, plan management software, documentation management software).
